Asana & Movements

Wake up with time to devote to your body: 
-Tone the muscles
–Develop flexibility
–Improve posture and spinal alignment

Yoga asana practice is the only exercise system that massages the internal organs, endocrine glands and with the right exercises balancing the secretion of hormones, which are responsible for our emotional states.

The practice will be inspired by yoga postures and flowing movements from Qi Gong

Meditation

Meditation is a way to training our mind to become calmer and clear. it is a training that helps to cultivate a greater sense of ease in our mind, in our body and in our LIFE.

There are tons of benefits to meditation, Physical and mental benefits.
Most importantly: You will start living your life in alignment with what is true for you and with what  you truly want for your life. Not making choices anymore out of fear or anxiety in any way.
Eventually you will feel a sense of completeness within yourself and when you feel that, you can start giving in life, instead of always taken to complete yourself. 

Our yoga retreat 7 day program will be an excellent opportunity to start with this practice or take your meditation to the next level.

Breathwork - Pranayama

Breathwork is the secret to emotional regulation and a useful practice to support your physical and mental health. The physical and mental benefits today are scientifically proven. Some of the mental benefits are reduction of stress and anxiety, more awareness and control of emotions, and prevention of insomnia. Some of the physical benefits are strengthening the respiratory system, boosting the immune system and pain relief.

Nature Therapy

Every human being is intrinsically connected to every other human being and also to nature, animals, plants, everything on this planet. But you are often not aware of it because you are too busy with life.
When we stop for a moment and calm down, we realize and feel these connections.

The concept of yoga, is holistic. It teaches us that we cannot live without others, we cannot live without animals, we cannot live without nature.

We are part of nature way more than we pretend to be. Nature is where we came from. During this yoga retreat we will reconnect with this inner truth

MAUN (Silence)

Meals are the food for the body &  Silence is good for the mind 

In Sanskrit, the world ‘Maun’ has come from the root ‘mn’ that means mind. Maun means total silence. Neither speak by mouth nor by mind. 

Yogi believe that to attaining higher success in life and to  communicate with the self  Maun is one of the most powerful tool. 

What we believe is that practice silence feeds our brain and makes us more aware of our emotions; declining the reaction to emotional impulse.
Not giving sound/speech stimulation to our mind, talking about it for 20-30 minutes a day (morning and evening) our brain can concentrate better on one task. In observing our behaviour and our emotions, the practice of silence helps not to escape from the emotion and to analyse the origin of that.

That is why for your personal growth, we strongly suggest the practice of silence during this retreat.
