In this class you have the opportunity to explore Asana at its very practical side. Thus, we will together apply poses to stretch our body and avoid injuries as well as explore balance, Gratitude and consistency.
This Yoga class can be online or in presence in Sagres, Vila do Bispo, Figueira (Portugal)
