Here´s how to do it:
Find a comfortable seated position with your back straight and your shoulders relaxed. You can also do this technique while standing or lying down.
Inhale deeply through your nose, filling your lungs with air.
Exhale slowly and deeply through your nose while constricting the back of your throat, as if you are whispering. You should hear a soft, hissing sound like the sound of the ocean.
As you inhale, continue to constrict the back of your throat to create the same sound. Imagine that you are trying to fog up a mirror with your breath.
Breathe slowly and steadily, focusing on the sound of your breath and the sensation of the air moving in and out of your body.
